stitchwhichOh my stars, does my head ache! Helll-lll-looo pollen season!
Bossman went in for cataract surgery today. It was a bit surreal as the hospital was (apparently) a Catholic establishment, which they don't advertise, so walking in to a waiting room with Gideon Bibles on each side table and a crucifix on the wall was startling. Only one of the staff members was surly and aloof, the rest were very sweet and supportive, and bent over backwards to make sure that the patients and their drivers were comfortable and aware of each step of the procedure. My man is in bed with a rigid eye patch on - he's not Nick Fury, that is for sure.
