I have a vase full of roses and baby's breath on our kitchen table. Bossman brought the flowers home after he'd gone to archery practice on Saturday. It isn't arranged as well as it could be but that's okay. I smile at the flowers anyway.
I had all these things I was going to write about floating in my head during the day but I put off writing until I was done with chores and shared-time with my man and now they are all gone. Grump.
Oh! I bought a cribbage board via Amazon. It is for our "period gaming chest". I know, cribbage is slightly out of period but we can play noddy if someone gets persnickity about it. Anyway, the board is round and I think it is lovely. It has a drawer (of course) to hold the pegs and a deck of cards. Here's a link to it since I can't figure out how to embed pictures in my posts: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B093QFY7MX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 .

Date: 2021-07-27 01:54 pm (UTC)It's nice to be given flowers, isn't it? :) One of these days I may learn to arrange them nicely...
I've never seen a round cribbage board before; that's purrrty!
I have an "Insert Image" button at the top left of the text window on my "Post an Entry" page; do you have that? Or maybe I'm still using the beta posting page; I dunno.
Anyway, you can embed images with html like this (replace the parentheses with angle brackets): (img src="url.com/pic.jpg" alt="descriptive text for accessibility or in case image is lost")
I like to make a link to the original pic and display a smaller size or thumbnail in my post, because images are pretty big these days: (a href="url.com/pic.jpg")(img src="url.com/pic.jpg" alt="descriptive text" style="width:250px;height:300px;")(/a)
