I have a head cold. And when I have a head cold, I get an upset stomach, which means that I crunch on Tums or Rolaids (since I already take Previcid for an ulcer) a whole lot - I will never have to worry about bone loss, that's for sure.

But when the tummy gets really, really bad - I eat one of Arni's preserved ginger bits.

*YUCK*

I almost wish it didn't work so well.
