Has anyone reading this had bronchitis? I ask because I never have before and am a little weirded out by this whole 'can't get your lungs to breath' thing. I understand that it is all irritated in there but I've been on antibiotics for 5 days now... today being a nice sunny day (with a high pollen count, I'll grant), Arn and I went to Lowe's to buy flowers to replace some dead ones on our porch. Five minutes into being in the greenhouse I started coughing and my chest began to hurt. Bad enough that I quick-stepped it into the main building where the air didn't seem so thick. But fiftenn minutes in there and headed towards the lumber department, I *swear* an invisible monster came and pulled a wide belt around my chest. So we left, went home, and I used the little inhaler the Doc made me take home.

Went out a few minutes later for dinner at Opi's, bar-b-qued sausages (really tasty, too, if you're reading this Mike) and again, tight chest and dizzy-headedness. And pain.

So okay. I'm catching on that if it is pollen-y, cold, smoky or dusty, I'm going to have trouble breathing. but for how long? Is there any way to tell? Can anyone who's had it clue me into when I can start expecting to be useful outside of the house? Or even if my conclusions about the pollen, cold, etc are on-base? Online WebMD and stuff like that don't really say and I sure as heck am not going to clog the walk-in clinic on a weekend, or even a week-day, to ask a question they may not really have ever thought about...
