Moving towards no cooler in camp

I believe I'm going to use the next few weeks to experiment with a zeer cooler. If it works, I'm going to love my Pennsic kitchen. And maybe even try it for Sapphire (short events are destined to maintain our need for a 'regular' cooler - the pottery pots needed for the zeer are too heavy and expensive to take back and forth for a 'one day/two night' event.
